Julia - and the Russian Phrases

Today we are in the capitol city Riga. Richards and Lasma are with me and we are picking Ieva up at the bus soon. I am writing from Scotts office in Riga. Last night was intersting because Richards and Lasma were confused about my arrival time and Elina and I had to go searchng for them. Scott left me the car because they had a perormance to attend. So I got tonavigate the icy roads of the Lavian countryside and Riga in a five speed! (haven't driven a stick in a few years).

When we fianally met up with Richards and Lasma the Hug I got made all the travel and expence well worth it. It was truely a blessing to see them. Today we are going Ice skating and going to the movies. It will be awesome.

Elina has asked that we pray that God'ลก will be done in respect to her brother possibly getting engaged. Please pray for that!

I was able to use the Russian I learned on the plane. The kids got a big kick out of my accent and pronounciation! A big thanks to Julia and her mom for the lessons.

Hey Curtis,
We've been praying for you. I am glad your trip went good. I wanted to wish you a happy New Year. I am not sure if you start 2006 before or after us.

Today I had a crane job in Surprise and managed to high center my truck. I tried to go through a dip and the back end hung up on some concrete and rocks and raised the back wheels off the ground. The adventures of Upreach continue.

Have a great time, I hold you up in prayer often

Dale, that sounds like a "'real drag" I hope it didn't cause to much trouble. Thanks for praying!
