English Camp

Some of you have been wondering what it is we do exactly at camp and what some of the pictures are of. So here we go...
We have about 55 latvian kids attending english camp and we do several things with them. During the morning we have a big group gathering where we do music, games, and skits to get the morning started. Then they go to classes of about 10-15 kids each to learn english. After lunch we have recreation where we do lots of outside games for fun. Yesterday we created a 20 yard slipnslide for them to slide on and they loved it! Then they go back to class to learn more english and we finish the day with another big group gathering with music and games.
Then every night we have a youth worship service where we really get to share about God. The praise band does some great music, our kids give testimonies, we do skits, there is some preaching and then we break them into smaller discussion groups so they get the opportunity to ask questions.
Through all this our students are really trying to start friendships with the kids and share Jesus through those friendships.
Many of the pictures reflect all that I said above. So I hope this helps in knowing what we are doing and what to pray for. Also it might give you a better idea of what the pictures are of.
